I just wanted to pass on to prospective customers that I have twice contacted you for help when I've messed up (e.g. bought same video twice) and your responses have been really fast and fair. I'm a repeat customer because I get on so well with your material. I don't have time for scheduled lessons but the ability to pick up at my convenience and actually be able to see what is going on has been key to me making any progress with guitar. I'm so not a natural... that to be getting some nice sounds out of my accoustic is very pleasing. Looking forward to new material in 2008 to build the old repertoire (loved Homward Bound... ) Best Richard P
