Joe, I just went through the same thing. You need to go to a website www.mactopia.com. It has windows programs written for a mac. You will probably need to download the free stuffit program highlighted on the screen first. After you do this download the Windows Media Player. Once you go through these steps you can download Mike's videos, they will be in you download file. When you click on it it will open in Media Player like it did on you PC. I have not figured out if teffile will work yet so i forward these emails to my laptop pc and view them there. It's better than not getting the info. I was originally really bummed when i couldn't use the videos. If you go through all of the steps on mactopia you should not have any problems. Its all free. Rick
